Ingredients
  1. 2 Shallots, chopped
  2. 50g Butter
  3. 20ml Rapeseed Oil
  4. A slice of Sourdough Bread
  5. 5 Asparagus spears
  6. 1 Duck Egg
  7. 20g Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese
Instructions
  1. Place the shallots in a pan of melted butter to soften.
  2. Add rapeseed oil to a separate pan and gently toast the slice of sourdough bread. Turn over when ready.
  3. Chop the ends of the asparagus and peel, before boiling in salt water.
  4. Fry the duck egg.
  5. Serve, and sprinkle with Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese to finish.
