Ingredients
  1. 1kg Chantenay carrots
  2. 50g butter
  3. Chopped parsley
  4. ½ lemon
  5. Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil the carrots in salted water until they are just crunchy.
  2. Drain the carrots and add the chopped parsley, butter and lemon juice from half a lemon. Coat the carrots well in the mixture.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve while still hot.
